Jae Hyun Kim is an artist, graphic designer, and visual director, driven by a passion for exploring the relationship between art, humanity, and technology. With a Bachelor of Arts in Design Media Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, expected to be completed in June 2024, Jae brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project he works on.

Throughout his education, Jae has been actively involved in organizations such as the Korean Undergraduate Business Society and United Korean Voice, where he has honed his leadership and design skills, crafting visually appealing posters, videos, and banners to effectively communicate his message. He has also worked as an art director and visual designer for Becket, a South Korean jewelry brand, where he was responsible for conceptualizing and executing the visual identity and marketing strategy to drive brand recognition and customer acquisition.

In his previous experience as a photographer and graphic designer for the Army Aviation Operations Command in South Korea, Jae demonstrated his ability to create visually compelling designs and images of high technical and aesthetic quality, and has further honed his skills as a freelance album cover designer and assistant/visual director for a short film, "Disconnected".

Jae's artworks are an exploration of what it means to be human in the 21st century and the philosophical issues arising from the advancements of technology. With a deep understanding of graphic design and illustration, as well as proficiency in various technical/software programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, Cinema4D, and photography, Jae brings a unique perspective to his work, exploring the connection between technology and humanity with his innovative and impactful designs.
